Dispatch Times

All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days after a successful order has been received. Any delivery times quoted apply once an order has been shipped and are estimates.

Please note that during exceptionally busy periods, such as November and December (prior to Christmas), UK Bank Holidays or during/after Sale periods it may take longer to ship orders due to the number of orders being processed.

Unfortunately, no compensation can be offered for deliveries that take longer than the estimated dispatch and delivery times.

Upgraded UK Standard & Free Shipping

UK Standard & Free Shipping has now been upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at no extra cost to customers! This applies to all orders placed from 31/03/23 onwards.

Any orders or pre-orders placed before 31/03/23 will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

UK Standard, Economy & Free Shipping

UK Free Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24) is available on shipments over £30. For more information regarding eligibility and exclusions please click here.

UK Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24) is available on all orders over £15.

UK Economy Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48) is available on all orders under £15.

UK Non-Tracked Shipping is available on select orders as determined during the checkout process.

Orders may be shipped via DHL depending on weight/volume requirements.

  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DHL.
  • All UK orders over £30 in value (excluding shipping cost) can select FREE tracked shipping - shipping for in-stock and pre-order items are calculated separately. Information on how this is calculated can be found here.
  • Shipping for orders below £30 is charged based on item weight/size and can vary between £1 and £4.
  • Tracked shipping is offered for all orders. For some orders, a cheaper non-tracked shipping option is available for selection.
  • All posters are shipped in a protective poster tube. Posters may be shipped separately to the rest of any order where required. Posters shipped separately in a tube will always be shipped via a non-tracked shipping method even if the rest of the order qualifies for tracked shipping.
  • Where oversized or large items are ordered, we may split the order into multiple parcels if deemed appropriate.


Pre-Order Shipping

  • Pre-Order shipping is charged based on the release month.
  • For UK customers, where the total of fully paid pre-order products purchased on the same order which are released in the same month totals more than £30, free UK shipping is available to be selected.
  • Where the total of pre-order products in a given release month is less than £30, shipping is charged based on product size/weight. International shipping for pre-orders is always based on product size/weight.

  • Any Pay Later or Deposit pre-orders will be shipped once in-stock and where applicable, shipping fees will be included on the invoice for the final balance. Shipping fees will be based on product size/weight and destination.

  • We offer two fully tracked shipping methods for international customers - Economy and Express.
    • Economy shipping will be delivered by your local postal service or a local courier.
    • Express shipping will be delivered by DHL or one of their local partners.
  • International Economy Shipping prices start at £9.30.
  • International Express Shipping prices start at £20 depending on location.
  • Express Shipping will always deliver on the next possible working day delivery can be made to your location.
  • Based on a combination of value, weight and size/volume, some orders may only be able to be shipped via Express Shipping.
  • For some countries, we can only ship orders via Express Shipping.
  • The shipping calculator on the basket/checkout page can be used to view the shipping costs for delivering your order to your location.
  • If the shipping calculator/checkout is unable to provide you with a shipping cost, this means that we are unfortunately unable to ship orders to your country.
  • We are unable to ship large posters to international addresses. This is due to the dimensions of the poster tube used for shipping being larger than the maximum allowable dimensions for international parcels.
  • Due to weight and liquids restrictions with our shipping partners, we can only send 1 drink item per international order.
  • Where oversized or large items are ordered, we may split the order into multiple parcels if deemed appropriate.
  • Some orders may exceed the size limits for international parcels accepted via Royal Mail - Where Economy shipping is selected these orders will be dispatched via an Economy service with DHL Express or another suitable courier. If no Economy service is available to the delivery location, we will advise customers of options regarding delivery.

Please note, we do not ship orders to Post Office boxes or international package forwarding services such as (but not limited to) Aramex, Borderlinx, Fishisfast or vPost. Any such orders placed will be cancelled and refunded.

For countries such as Canada and others where "community mail boxes" or similar communal delivery areas are in use, we recommend using Express shipping for door-to-door delivery.


Express International Shipping by DHL

When you choose Express International Shipping by DHL, your order will be sent with the On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.
  • DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this date does not fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.
  • DHL On Demand Delivery offers flexible delivery options:
    • Deliver my package to another address: alternate delivery to work or family
    • Deliver my package at a safe place: authorize shipment release to appointed safe place
    • Deliver my package with neighbour: Leave the package at your neighbour, reception or guard specified
    • Deliver my package at a DHL ServicePoint: hold for pick‐up collection
    • Request to store my package: vacation hold safekeeping your parcel up to 30 days
    • Deliver my package on another day: scheduled delivery


Delivery to Hotels and Temporary UK Addresses

We would recommend any customers ordering while temporarily in the UK to ensure that they will be present at the delivery address provided for approximately 2 weeks from the date of ordering. This is to allow time for the order to be dispatched and delivered while taking into account any potential delays in delivery that might occur.

In the event that the recipient will no longer be at the delivery address we can only change the address if we are contacted prior to the order being dispatched. We recommend advising us of any address changes at the earliest opportunity as we cannot update addresses once an order has been shipped and is in transit. If an address change results in the order being shipped outside of the UK, this may result in additional shipping charges being due.

All orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at the time the order is placed. If a recipient leaves the delivery address prior to an order being delivered, it is the responsibiltiy of the recipient/customer to arrange for the parcel to be collected or redelivered. If an order is returned as undeliverable, we can arrange reshipping although this may incur additional charges.

If delivery is made to a business, hotel or location that is occupied by multiple people (e.g. student accommodation, AirBNB, holiday lets etc.), please ensure that your order is correctly addressed to the recipient. If a parcel is not correctly addressed to the individual it may not be forwarded onto them by the mailroom, reception or whoever handles post coming into the location. Please note that once delivery has been confirmed to the location by the courier/postal service it is the responsibility of whomever processes post/mail at the location to ensure it is forwarded onto you. We are unable to assist where orders are delivered to the correct location/address but not correctly processed internally at that location.
