Pre-Order Deposit and Discount Policy
All pre-orders and pre-order deposits are non-cancellable and non-refundable. This excludes where a severe delay in product release has occurred (exceeding 6 months) – in such situations cancellation can be requested for a full refund.
Zero Deposit, Pay Later Scheme
This deposit scheme applies to all new re-order products added to our website after 13/06/2020. Please see below for details regarding the deposit policy for older pre-order products.
Under our "Zero Deposit, Pay Later" scheme, a customer can place a pre-order for a product without placing a deposit. Zero deposit pre-orders will receive an invoice for the full price of their pre-order shortly before we receive our stock.
The invoice must be paid within 4 working days of receipt of the invoice. In the event payment has not been received within 48 hours of the due date on the invoice issued, we reserve the right to cancel the pre-order/allocate the item to another customer.
15% and 25% Deposit Scheme
All pre-order products added to our website prior to 13/06/2020 require a 25% deposit to place an order.
All scale figures and a selection of other products added after this date, require a 15% deposit.
Under our deposit scheme, the deposit paid covers our administrative costs in securing a customers order with our suppliers and invoicing final payments once the product is due for release and as such we cannot offer refunds for deposits paid. This does not affect customers statutory rights once a product has been fully purchased i.e. once the final invoice has been paid.
The remaining balance payment for pre-orders purchased under the deposit scheme must be paid within 4 working days of receipt of the invoice. In the event payment has not been received within 48 hours of the due date on the invoice issued, we reserve the right to cancel the pre-order/allocate the item to another customer. No refunds of the deposit paid can be provided in this scenario.
Changing from pay later or deposit to a full payment pre-order
If a customer wishes to convert a zero deposit pre-order to a full payment pre-order and receive the 10% full payment discount we ask that they place the order again and pay in full. Please then contact us using the contact form linked below and advise us of the order numbers for both orders. Our customer support team will then cancel the zero deposit pre-orders. These cancellations will not affect your account or count towards any cancellation limit.
In the event that a product is unavailable to be purchased again, please contact Customer Support and we will be able to manually invoice you and convert your order to a full payment pre-order. Please note, in these cases, we can only offer the 10% full payment discount if it is over 30 days before the expected in-stock date of the pre-order.
