Free Tracked Shipping Information

We offer free tracked shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on UK orders over £30. We charge shipping separately based on whether products are in-stock or pre-order, and also based on the release month for pre-orders. This means that when calculating whether an order qualifies for free shipping we treat in-stock and pre-order items separately as they will not be shipped together.

To receive free tracked shipping on in-stock products you must place an order for £30 worth of in-stock products and to receive free tracked shipping on pre-order products you must place an order for £30 worth of pre-order products released in the same month.

Exclusions

Free Tracked Shipping cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Where other offers and discounts have been applied to an order, the order will not be eligible for Free Tracked Shipping. This includes the use of discount codes or the redemption of Omake Points. The order will be shipped for free using our standard non-tracked shipping method where Free Tracked Shipping is selected during checkout in these cases. Where individual products are offered as "FREE UK SHIPPING" these items are excluded from the Free Tracked Shipping offer and do not count towards the £30 order value required for this offer.

Due to weight considerations, some items such as drinks (e.g. bottles or cans) offered for sale are excluded from this promotion. This promotion cannot be applied to any orders containing excluded items.

This offer does not apply where we determine the order has been placed on a business/commercial basis. As per our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to suspend promotions if orders are being placed on a commercial basis. This determined is at the sole distrection of Dekai Ltd. Any orders placed on a commercial basis will be invoiced for the cost of shipping the order.

Pre-Order Shipping

As shipping for pre-order products is charged based on release month and separately to normal in-stock items this allows us to provide shipping prices for any in-stock products you order separately from any pre-orders you might be placing at the same time. Where the total of products released in the same month totals more than £30, free shipping is offered. Where the total of products in a given release month is less than £30, shipping is charged based on product size/weight.

In the event a pre-order deposit is less than £30, but the total order value once paid would exceed £30 and therefore qualify for free shipping the shipping amount paid will then automatically be deducted from your final balance invoice once issued near the products release. This will typically only occur with products on our old 25% deposit scheme.

Shipping for pre-order products ordered as part of our "zero deposit, pay later" scheme will be calculated at the time they are invoiced for payment. If the order does not qualify for free tracked shipping then a shipping charge will be included in the invoice.

If you purchase multiple pre-order products which are released at different times of the same month, we will ship once all of those items are in-stock and calculated shipping fees and qualification for free tracked shipping accordingly.

In the event of any delays to pre-orders, any products eligible for free tracked shipping will be held until all eligible products ae available to be shipped.
