Price Match Request

Have you found a product cheaper elsewhere? Please let us know and we'll do our best to match the price!

We started Dekai Anime at a time when officially licensed anime merchandise was often not available in the UK at an affordable price. For nearly a decade we've taken pride in bringing some of the best merch available to UK anime fans and providing great prices alongside our massive range of products and excellent customer service.

Part of our on-going commitment to UK anime fans is that make sure we our products are as priced as competitively as possible. If you happen to find something cheaper elsewhere you can let us know and we'll try our best to match the lower price!

Price Match Terms and Conditions

  1. We can only offer a price match against UK based retailers.
  2. We only accept a price match request if the product is in-stock with both ourselves and the comparison retailer.
  3. Comparison retailers must be independent retailers selling the product through their own store. We are unable to price match against sellers on marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay etc.).
  4. We are unable to offer any price matches against food and drink items, trading card game products, mangas or light novels.
  5. Any price match offer is only available for 48 hours. Products must be ordered within this timeframe to be eligible for the price match.
  6. Price matches are subject to verification of comparison price by Dekai Anime.
  7. Price matches will take into account shipping costs charged by both Dekai Anime and the comparison retailer when comparing the total cost of the product.
  8. If you have already placed an order and request a price match, this must be done within 48 hours of placing the order or prior to shipping - whichever is sooner as Dekai Anime aims to ship orders within 48 hours of them being placed.
  9. When price matching existing orders we will credit the difference in value to your customer account in Omake Points.
  10. Price matching is not possible if the comparison price is determined to be a sale, clearance, temporary decrease or similarly discounted price.
  11. We are unable to offer a price match if the comparison price is determined to be either a pricing error/mistake or otherwise erroneous price.
  12. We reserve the right to decline a price match request if the comparison price is determined to be either deliberately misleading, fake or otherwise listed in bad faith (e.g. listed below the actual cost of the goods or the retailer does not intend to supplied the goods at their advertised price).
  13. We cannot offer a price match where we determine the comparison product to be a bootleg or imitation product.
